Business Events:

The Coxswain is a perfect venue for all kinds of informal meetings, seminars, small conferences, training sessions and briefings. We offer exclusive use of the room on Monday to Friday for 20 to 70 guests.

The venue is equipped with two 42" screens that are visible to all. Suitable laptops may be plugged directly into the system to display on both screens and your presentations will sound amazing through the room's six large speakers. We can provide all the necessary cables and assist you with setting it up. DVD and VHS players may be plugged straight in too and a microphone is available if you need it. We have a flip-chart stand that you can use and WiFi broadband is available to all of our customers free of charge.

We have a range of catering and options to suit and the private bar may be opened upon request at lunch time if there is a minimum of 40 guests; the bar in the White Hart is always open from 11. Telephone, fax, photocopy, printing or stationery are not included, but if you're stuck, we'll be happy to try to help!

Our standard times are shown; if you require anything different, please don't hesitate to ask. Our rates include exclusive use of the venue, staffing the event and cleaning. The use of our presentation equipment is provided free of charge.

Morning Session £100

9am until 1pm, 20 to 70 guests.
Access from 8.30am.
Guests arrive from 8.45am. Pastries on arrival.*
Unlimited tea and coffee from arrival.*
Biscuit break at 11am.*
End of Session: 1pm.
Buffet lunch will be served after your event at 1pm either in The Coxswain or downstairs in the White Hart.*

Afternoon Session £100

2pm until 6pm, 20 to 70 guests.
Access from 1.15pm.
Guests arrive from 1.30pm.
Buffet lunch will be served before your event at 1:30pm in The Coxswain.*
Unlimited tea and coffee from arrival.*
Biscuit break or afternoon tea at 4pm.*
End of Session: 6pm.

Full Day £160

9am until 5pm, 20 to 70 guests.
Access from 8.30am.
Guests arrive from 8.45am. Pastries on arrival.*
Unlimited tea and coffee from arrival.*
Biscuit break at 11am.*
Buffet lunch served at 1pm in The Coxswain.*
Biscuits break or afternoon tea at 3.30pm.*

Where a buffet has not been ordered, your guests will be very welcome to order from our main menu in the pub. A full range of soft drinks, beers, wines and spirits will be available from the bar.
There is usually eight days notice required for buffet orders.
